Everest at Oceanside is a senior living community dedicated to providing high-quality services and support for our seniors.
We offer a range of living options tailored to meet the unique needs of our residents, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and specialized Memory Care programs.
Our goal is to ensure residents receive the appropriate level of support and care while maintaining a comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle – to help our residents live as independently as possible.

Yes, we have a specialized Memory Care program for residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
Our staff is trained to provide compassionate care in a secure, supervised and structured environment.

Our community office is open from 8AM to 5PM, and our receptionists are on site until 7PM.
We also have care staff available 24/7 to assist resid
ents.

Move-In & Tour Scheduling

You can schedule a tour by calling (760) 414-9411, visiting our website www.everestatoceanside.com, or stopping by our community.
Tours are available 7 days a week, Sunday through Saturday. We recommend calling to schedule an appointment. 

Our expert team will provide you with the necessary resources and guidance to help you through the process of moving into our community.

Pricing & Contracts

Monthly fees for apartment rents vary depending on location, apartment size, care required, and amenities.
Monthly fees include 3 meals per day, snack, activities, utilities, housekeeping, weekly linen services, laundry services, basic cable, internet access, transportation to local medical appointments, planned activities program including outings, shopping trips, and events.
Costs for Care are determined by our wellness department’s assessment. Please contact us at (760) 414-9411 for more information.

We accept private pay, and long-term care insurance. We do not accept MediCare or MediCal.

Yes, we offer a cancellation policy. Refunds may be available based on the terms of your agreement.  A thirty day written notice is required prior to cancellation.

Living & Amenities

Yes, residents will bring furniture of their choosing to make their space feel like home.

Rooms come with a full sized fridge and microwave.

Yes, we have a pet-friendly policy with some restrictions.

We have guest accommodations available for short stays.

We offer nutritious, chef-prepared meals daily that cater to our residents’ preferences.

Yes, family and friends are always welcome to visit their loved ones in our community.

Healthcare & Safety

We offer our wellness program, assistance with resident activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and medication management services.
Each resident will be individually assessed to determine which services will best accommodate their needs.

Residents are encouraged to wear pendants to alert staff to immediate needs.
The apartments are equipped with emergency call buttons in the bathrooms.

Our team members are available 24/7 on site and trained in first aid, CPR, and emergency response.
Our community meets city, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

Social Activities & Community Events

We provide a monthly calendar of events and activities.
Our programs are designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit, with the goal of keeping our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents young, active, and connected. 

We have fitness programs designed for our senior residents, including yoga, walking groups, strength training, and tai chi.
We offer social events with guest speakers, arts and crafts, music therapy and educational activities in our community.
Residents can participate in hobby clubs, book groups, and social gatherings.
We also take our residents on fun adventures outside of the community such as seeing plays, shopping at nearby shops and malls, and going on scenic drives.

Yes, we encourage family participation in events.

We provide access transportation to local churches and host a weekly Bible Study group.
